When will I get my order?

At Reazify LLC, we prioritize fast domestic fulfillment. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2-5 business days through our fulfillment network.

Do you ship internationally?

To ensure the highest quality control and the fastest delivery standards for our customers, we ship exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Can I add or remove products from my order?

To maintain our fast shipping standards, we begin processing orders immediately after they are placed. As a result, we are unable to make changes or cancellations once an order has entered our fulfillment system. Please double-check your cart before finalizing your purchase.

Where can I find my order number?

Your unique order number is included at the top of your confirmation email. If you cannot locate it in your inbox, please check your spam or promotions folder. You can also view your order history by logging into your Reazify account.

My order says delivered but I haven't received it — what do I do?

Please allow 24 hours after the delivery notification as packages are sometimes left with neighbors or in a safe location. If your package still hasn't arrived, contact us immediately at riaz@reazify.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
